Users
Alpacon’s Users feature allows administrators to manage individuals who have access to resources within a Workspace.
Through this interface, admins can invite new users, assign roles, and view detailed user information.
Main Screens
The Users section consists of the following two views:
👥 User List View
- Displays a list of all users registered in the current Workspace.
- Shows key user information such as email, status, assigned roles, and group memberships.
- Supports inviting new users via email.
📄 User Detail View
- Provides detailed information and management options for a selected user.
- Key details include:
- Basic Info: Email, username, registration date, login activity
- Access Info: Assigned roles, group memberships, accessible resources
- Account Controls: Role reassignment, group changes, deactivation
