Group List
After entering your Workspace
, navigate to IAM > Groups
to access the Group List view.
This screen allows you to browse all groups currently managed within the workspace, create new groups, and view detailed group information.
Available Features
The Group List view provides the following functionalities:
View Group List
You can view all registered groups in the workspace in a list format.
Each group displays the following key information:
- Display Name
- Number of members in the group
- Number of servers assigned to the group
▸ Search Groups
Use the search bar at the top of the page to quickly locate a group by name.
Create a New Group
You can create new groups to logically separate users and servers for better management.
This action is available only to users with
Staff
orSuperuser
privileges.
Creation Steps
- Click the New group button.
- The
New group
quick view panel will open. - Enter the group name and other relevant details.
- Click Save to create the group.
The user who creates the group is automatically registered as the initial member.
Additional configuration (such as adding users or servers) can be done in the Group Detail view.
Access Group Details
Click on any group from the list to open its Group Detail view.
From there, you can manage the group's members, assigned servers, and permission settings.
