Delete a workspace

You can permanently delete a workspace. Deletion is irreversible, so proceed with caution.

Before deletion

Prerequisites

Before deleting a workspace, ensure:

Remove connected servers:

  • Disconnect all servers from the workspace
  • Cannot delete workspace with any connected servers

Confirm permissions:

  • Requires superuser privilege

What gets deleted

Permanently removed:

  • All workspace settings
  • All users and groups
  • Server connection history
  • Monitoring rules and webhooks
  • Usage history

Billing implications:

  • Charges apply for the remaining billing period
  • Monthly payments are non-refundable

How to delete

  1. Click Workspace settings in the left sidebar
  2. Go to General tab
  3. Scroll to the bottom
  4. Click Delete workspace button
  5. Confirm deletion in the dialog
  6. Workspace is permanently deleted

After deletion

After deleting the workspace:

  • Redirected to another workspace if you belong to one
  • Redirected to workspace creation page if you don’t
  • The deleted workspace URL can be reused

Alternatives

Instead of deletion, consider:

Temporary suspension:

  • Disconnect all servers
  • Remove all members
  • Downgrade to Free plan

Transfer ownership:

  • Transfer admin rights to another superuser
  • Leave the workspace
