Switch workspaces

If you belong to multiple workspaces, you can switch between them at any time.

How to switch workspaces

  1. Click the workspace name in the top left
  2. Select the workspace you want to switch to from the dropdown
  3. You’ll be automatically redirected to the selected workspace

Set default workspace

You can designate which workspace to automatically load when you log in.

How to set

  1. Click your profile picture or username in the top right
  2. Select Account settings
  3. In the Profile tab, choose your default workspace

When no default is set

  • You’ll be redirected to your first workspace
  • If you don’t belong to any workspace, you’ll see the workspace creation page

Domain-based workspace access

Workspaces on the Essential plan or higher can allow users with specific email domains to join without an invitation.

To join a domain-allowed workspace:

  1. Log in to Alpacon
  2. View available workspaces in the workspace list
  3. Select the workspace to join

Access paths:

  • No workspace: Choose from /account/workspaces
  • Has workspace: Select from the top-left dropdown

Sign out

To sign out from your workspace:

  1. Click your username in the top right
  2. Select Sign out
  3. You’ll be redirected to the sign-in page
