# Workspace settings

Open **Workspace settings** to change workspace preferences. Staff (`admin`) and Superusers (`superuser`) can open settings. Some pages and controls require a Superuser.

On self-hosted deployments, the **Billing** and authentication pages do not appear. [Approvals](/use/approvals/) has its own page.
